DURCON
Lipped Sinks provide a streamlined look with the easiest, most cost-efficient
installation. The weight-bearing lipped perimeter is set into a recessed
opening in the DURCON work surface, thus
eliminating the need for mechanical supports underneath the sink.
The DURCON
Company offers Americans with Disabilities Act1
(ADA) compliant lipped sinks.These sinks offer the same performance
and easy installation of our standard lipped sinks; however, the exterior
edges of the tub have been rounded to ensure the user's safety and
comfort. In addition, the plumbing outlets on our ADA-compliant sinks
are located in the rear corner to assure easy access.
Multiple sinks may be placed in the same sink top.A
minimum of 51 millimeters of epoxy is required between the two sinks.
Using lipped sinks in this application allows the designer to place
different size and depth sinks side-by side.
| DURCON
sinks are recommended for use as part of a system with
DURCON
countertops and fumehood tops.
